Dedicated to Emma. Who also has HMS/EDS and dislocates like a very dislocatey thing and has a broken stairlift. - stuck upstairs for 25 days so far and still counting....
When fragile, trying stairs on wheels might possibly be a very bad idea! so having Poppy-dog for company helps, but that is no substitue for actually getting to put your head out of the front door.
